Are you a knowledgeable freelance Experience Design Specialist who has experience working with multiple projects simultaneously? Artisan Creative seeks a freelance Experience Design Specialist to join our client’s Design Leadership team. This opportunity is a contract role (with the possibility of converting into a full-time position) and will be entirely remote. CA-based residents are preferred.
If you’re skilled in planning, facilitating, and strategic thinking- then this opportunity can be for you! Do you have experience propelling design workshops from a macro strategic perspective? Are you well versed within the UX community and understand all the latest developments? Are you a creative and innovative thinker who understands how to work well with various projects? Do you know how to prototype and work with customer research?
In this role, you will be working with a new design group that will be in charge of bringing innovative breakthrough projects. You will demonstrate a charismatic and friendly demeanor. You will be in charge of human-centered design workshops and showcase the ability to speak about the design strategies.
- BA degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience is preferred
- Do you have a portfolio that showcases big concepts and ideas?
- Must demonstrate the ability to be an effective communicator (verbal and written)
- Do you have experience working with various projects and taking on ambiguity well?
- Are you knowledgeable in speaking about the design strategy and contributing innovative ideas?
