Design & Marketing Recruiter/Sourcer

Artisan Creative is hiring! We are looking to add a California-based junior recruiter/ sourcer to our team to focus on design and marketing roles. If you enjoy building a high-quality network of relevant, pre-screened creative, design, and marketing talent, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will source candidates for freelance and full-time roles.

If you have experience with graphic or web design, then this role will be of interest to you and you will enjoy:

• Nurturing and fostering relationships with our existing candidates
• Building a community of freelance and full-time talent from internal and external resources.
• Building a pipeline of skills for client assignments.
• Sourcing web, portfolio sites, job boards, social media, and incoming resumes on a daily basis for open and core positions.
• Sourcing for current freelance and full-time roles and identify talent quickly for open job requisitions.
• Meeting talent and evaluating talent skills and potential fit for current and upcoming positions
• Updating existing candidate profiles within the database with current & relevant information.

Requirements:

• Do you have 2+ years of previous experience within the digital/creative industry? (staffing/recruitment experience is a plus)
• Do enjoy talking and interacting with people and providing excellent customer service?
• Do you have a keen eye for design and portfolio evaluation?
• Do you take pride in your strong listening skills, follow-through, organization, and time management skills?
• Do you enjoy good problem-solving and being strategic and consultative?
• Are you computer savvy and familiar with CRM systems?
• Do you enjoy quality written and verbal conversations?
• Are you goal-oriented with a focus on productivity and an eye on ROI?
• Do you thrive in an entrepreneurial setting?
